The Treehouse took on a new look to celebrate that Jesus is Alive, the message the kids learned today. Sami the Squirrel was alittle confused at the beginning of worship. She thought it was all about the candy. But Miss Kristin and the children taught Sami that its all about Jesus! Great job everyone!
Thanks to all the volunteers and childcare providers that made today such a great success. Jennifer Phillips gave the Treehouse our new clubhouse feel, Tim King got our sound up and running and several of our dedicated nursery volunteers came to help out in the nursery caring for the children. Thanks to Kenn Henry, the entire Foster family, Morgan Johsnon, Beth Smith, Kurt Strueh, Angela Worzala and all the others that came.
A special Thank You to Amanda Foster, Lauren East, Ginger Dierdorf and Dee Ann Little. You ladies are Great!

Palm Sunday
To celebrate Palm Sunday at the Treehouse, Miss Kristin told the Bible lesson with the help of several young storytellers. The story was told at both the 9:30 and 11:00 worship hours. The kids had a great time role playing- "No part is too small" as Miss Kristin would say!
We hope to see you all on Easter Sunday as we celebrate Jesus in our classrooms and at the Treehouse!

Treehouse News:

Sunday at the Treehouse, your child worshiped with the Worship Warriors singing praise to God. Afterward, they settled in while Sami helped Miss Kristin tell the Bible Story of Noah and the Ark. Your child learned that Noah obeyed God by building the Ark and putting two of each animal onboard. After the rain, the rainbow came out as God’s promise to us that He would never make it rain that hard again.
Please take a few moments to go over Genesis 6-9 with your child this week and we’ll see you next Sunday!

Professor Helga Beaker visits Treehouse
This week at the Treehouse we had a special guest stop by to help Miss Kristin with the Bible Lesson. Helga Beaker is on staff at Treehouse Labs and visited at the 9:30 and 11:00 hours to do some wonderful experiments with the kids. With the help of some little helpers, she was able to create a lab experiment to find Miss Kristin's lost Bible. Then together, they taught the children how Jesus helped the paralyzed man to walk: Mark 2: 1-12.
The kids learned that Jesus wants us to help others. Miss Kristin challenged the kids to help someone this week and come back next week to share with the class. The children had a great time learning their verse!
Next week we will learn about Noah and how he obeyed God.
Have a great week!
